I began working with Susan on my Executive Leadership Coaching journey a year ago. At that time in my career I had received a fair amount of formal leadership training but was never entirely confident in my skill set. With Susan’s coaching, I was not only able to identify areas for improvement but, I was also able to identify hidden strengths that Susan endearingly describes as “super powers.” During the 360 process, Susan always reminded me to “look at the data holistically,” and to “lean in and get curious.” Because of that, I’ve been able to capitalize on my hidden super powers and exercise newly adopted methods based on identified opportunities for growth. Over the last year, I have developed a stronger executive presence, become more strategic in my approach and am able to navigate conflict with more success because of the tools Susan has helped me develop.
